Dog Walking
We offer a reputable and expert dog walking service in the lovely New Forest and Lymington region, but we can also take your dog(s) for a walk in a place that is known to them. Hence, if you need assistance exercising your dog while working away from home, attending an event, or for any other reason, we are here to help.
We will make every effort to satisfy your needs.
In order to learn more about your dog, including how they respond to your orders, re-call, lead walking, and their behaviour with other dogs, we will set up an initial meet and greet.
Dog sitting and visits in your home
Service for dog sitting or visiting is offered by House 'N' Hounds. There will always be occasions when you have to spend more time away from your dogs due to job, family obligations, or unplanned circumstances.
When you can't, we can be there for them.
As part of our dog-sitting service, we will visit your dog and spend time with them, playing with them, feeding them, giving them any medication they need, and generally making sure they are happy and pleased.
This can be crucial for puppies who are always in need of entertainment while you're away and who haven't received all of their vaccinations.

Cat and Small Pet Visits
House 'N' Hounds offers a visiting service for cats and small animals in Lymington and the surrounding areas. Due to job, family obligations, or unanticipated circumstances, you might have to spend more time away from your pets—or even just a few nights.
We offer a pet visiting service where we will come and feed them, give them any medication they need, and just make sure they are happy and comfortable, eliminating the need for them to enter catteries or care away from their home.
We can clean cages and hutches, replace cat litter, put rabbits out into runs, and generally fuss over them.
We would suggest stopping by to see them at least once per day.
Dog boarding in the owner's home, house sitting & home care visits
You can unwind and enjoy your vacation knowing that your house, dog, and other pets are secure. This is a much better option than boarding your pet for the day, the weekend, or while you are away. They remain in their familiar settings at home while we maintain the safety, security, and habitation of your home.
Even if you don't have any pets that need to be taken care of, we can house sit. House 'N' Hounds will close curtains, turn on and off lights, pick up your mail, accept deliveries, and water plants. We can also take care of your garden's routine maintenance, water plants, and mow the lawn while you're gone.
We will set up a free initial meet and greet.
Dog Boarding at House 'N' Hounds
Dogs can occasionally be boarded in our home by House 'N' Hounds. We have a secure, fenced backyard, a dog boarding licence and are located in Hordle, Lymington. As we have two very sociable Labradors of our own, we usually set up a meet and greet in the New Forest to make sure that all the dogs feel at ease around one another.
We ask that you give your dogs any necessary bedding and toys.
We prefer to only accept one dog at a time, though we will take into account two dogs from the same household.
Once more, this is a home-from-home service where your dog will stay with a very dog-friendly family while you are gone.
